Freelance will cost around 7000-20000aed for 2yr visa. However it's difficult to get a bank loan/CC from that visa. Other option is get an work visa through a company. Also going to cost around 10-15k but since it's through a company, you can apply for CC/Loans.
It's also 2yr valid.

personally recommend work visa but you have to find reliable company and get visa through them. Then every month you have to give them what ever the salary you got your visa to the company and they send it through their system to show that you work for them.
