It is really hard to get a job offer directly from Sri Lanka. Do not sell dreams to people, be practical.

It is really hard to get a job offer directly from Sri Lanka. Do not sell dreams to people, be practical.

Its not the problem to get a job as per my experience lot of tech guys have boxed life most people dont know how to find a job , some have communication issues , some have fear of living in an another country , some have toilet paper issues , some dont like the visa process , some have family liabilities. Apart from that all want to go to best countries rather same region small country so competition is high not thinking they can relocate after as well.
Puting few CVs no one will migrate , have to keep applying up to 100-200 CVs to many countries you can . People who do get at least an interview , rest is talking and vision . Even if your not 100% on tech if you can talk attractive way they hire you. Its mind manipulation , if you dont know say you dont know but willing to learn and im doing these these things to learn the tech now bla bla ..

I would say its not hard , its your confidence
