local system එකකදි මේක කරන්නේ කොහොමද? වඩා හොදම ක්‍ර‍මය මොකක්ද?

1. What is the problem are you trying to resolve?
If you run a local web server, you can still have password authentication. If you do not have Internet access, why use email authentication in first.

2. If you want to reset the passwords, you can let the users download a private key file when they register. If they want to reset password, they can then use that private key to reset password. See PKI. Firefox at least supports them.
