මම මුලින්ම Payoneer account එක හැදුවේ 2016 විතර. ඒත් යූස් කරන්න උනේ නෑ, කාඩ් එකත් 2017 expire වුණා. ළඟදී මං ආයේ ෆ්‍රීලාන්ස් කරලා හොයපු ගානක් ඒ account එකට ට්‍රාන්සර් කරගත්තා (18 USD). Bank withdrawal වලට ලංකාවේ ඩොලර් එකවුන්ට් එකකුත් ලින්ක් කරා, ඒත් මට පේමන්ට් එක ගන්න යද්දී බැලන්ස් එක පෙන්නන්නේ නෑ. Withdrawal balance එකේ USD පෙන්නන්නෙත් නෑ. මොකක්ද සීන් එක?

I wrote to them regarding the issue, but not really certain if they would reply any time soon.
