There is no policy like that in cake labs. If its a valid degree Cake labs will offer Its all about competition.

im working in the IT industry over 7 years , and i have worked with all kind of ppl from many backgrounds,

simply what u r institute is not matter , in my last project i worked with an android developer , graduated from ijts , he is one of the best android talents i have worked with. similarly i have worked with great talents from UOM and same as shitty people from UOM and other private UNIs

of course there are few companies looking over the graduated institute over the skill of the person. but dont worry , there are many more well paying companies which dosent care the institute but the talent.

it is u r skill all matters , study well with passion , good luck !

lecture කියන්න පුළුවන් කවුද බන් ඔකේ ඉන්නේ. අපි එක්ක ඉදපු නාටු කොල්ලෝ තමයි.. හොර phd කාරයෙක් ඉන්නවා. තව oop කියන්නේ මොකද්ද කියලවත් දන්නේ නැති branch manager කෙනෙක් ඉන්නවා. ලංකාවටම උනත් තනියම ගහන්න talk දෙන java චක්‍රවර්ති කියල කියාගන්න පොරක් ඉන්නවා, ඉතුරු ටික copy paste කාරයෝ.

True story.... One example is WSO2's Dulith... After finishing O/L he entered to Java institute, got a degree, got a MSc (youngest to achieve that)
