credit card එකක් නැත්නම් කොන් වෙනවා වගේ දැනුන හින්දා *කේ අමාරුවට sampath එකක් තියන් ඉන්නවා. 
මම use කරන්නේ BOC ,ඒත් NDB එක හොදයි offers ගොඩක් තියෙනවා,BOC එකේ CIB,තිලකවර්ධන වගේ ඒවටත් 0% installment plan තියෙනවා හැබැයි රු25000ක් වඩා ගන්න ඕනි plan එක active කරන්නානම්,අවුරුදු කාලෙට වගේ නම් හොඳයි කොහොමත් ගෙදර හතර දෙනෙක් ඉන්නවා කියන්නේ දැන් තියෙන ගණනුත් එක්ක එයාලට ඇඳුම් ගත්තොත් 25 පනිනවා නේ.
Got a NDB CC last month
They have good offers but you can't trust their IT department. Don't expect them to not charge you interest even if you have a standing order for your monthly CC payment.
You can't track your expenses via their web interface (NDB Neos) it works only when it feels like working

tl;dr : If you're the type to meticulously record and manage your financials by yourself go for a NDB CC. They seem to be the best when it comes to offers and cashbacks.
