Try this mate. This should work.

Internet Explorer

• First search google for "codeen proxy 3124" to get a IP address for our requirement.
• Now click Tools menu in Internet explorer and Internet options and connections respectively. After select LAN settings .
• You should tick the check box in the Proxy server and put an IP address with port 3124 which was chosen before. After that tick the check box for Bypass proxy server for local addresses.
• Now click OK twice. You have almost done! .
• Do open blocked websites you wish to visit. Please be patience 10 seconds first time to redirect to the requested web page.

Firefox

• First go to Tools menu and click options. A new window will open.
• Now click Advanced icon to go to Network.
• Click settings at the Network menu leads to open a new Connection settings window.
• Mark "Manual proxy configuration" and put the relevant IP address with port 3124
• Click the check box "Use this proxy server for all protocols".
• Click OK twice. Yes now you are ready to surf freely.
