I have greatly appreciated the opportunities I have had at ******** over the past 2 months in the role of Senior Software Engineer. While I was aware during the interview process that this was an on-site position, the current office environment has proven to be far more disruptive and challenging than I expected. This has significantly impacted my ability to contribute effectively and maintain a good work life balance.

After attempting to work from home as a solution to mitigate the challenges and frustration, I have come to the difficult conclusion that I must resign from my position. I appreciate the opportunities I have had at ******* and wish you all the best going forward. Please let me know if I can provide any other information regarding my resignation.

I will be working remotely during my notice period. If this arrangement is unacceptable, you may initiate any necessary proceedings at your discretion.

හවසට ක්‍රිකට් ගහන්න යනව. Cartoon බලනව අපිරජ ඉබ්බො, ට්න් ට්න්, කූබිච්චි වගේ ඒවගෙ ඉදන් ගොඩක් ඒව.

යාලුවන්ගෙ ගෙවල් වල ගිහින් කට්ටිය සෙට් වෙනව. එහෙ මෙහෙ ගමේ අවිදිනව. ගෙවල් ගාව ලමයි එක්ක සෙල්ලම් තුවක්කු වලින් පිල් බෙදිල වෙඩි තියාගන්නව. දුනු ඊතල හදාගෙන දෙපිලකට බෙදිල බංකර් හදාගෙන විකාර කරනව. උගුල් අටෝනව යාලුවන්ට. ඉස්සර කතාවක් ගියා පුංචි වීරයෝ කියල. ඒක බලල තමා ඒ පිස්සුව හැදුනෙ.

කොම්පිටර් පිස්සුව හොදටම තිබුන. ඒ කාලෙ හැම හාඩ්වෙයර් කෑල්ලකම price කටපාඩම්. හැම කඩේක්න්ම ගහන් අහගන්නව ඕවගෙ.VGA,RAM අරව මේව. Software, games එකතු කලා CD වලට. වයිරස් පුරෝපු CD එකක් වෙනම හදාගෙම ඉදිය හැම තැනින්ම එකතු කරහෙන.
