when u tlk about KHL its coming bk to profits have increase perforance bt its in huge debt bt its nt bad debts coz most f the debt being taken 4 refurbishments f hotels as thy dd in habarana yala hikkaduwa n in maldives so returns wil b cmng in future. to date the yr end wth increase results bt like last yr again yala village closed4 6months 4 refurbishments so revenue mgt nt achived in it.bt jkh being d holding company n having 80% shares help sm wht to stabilize trading since mre shares price movements rnt tht free.after all u hv to respect all the hotels stucking wth the busines and survivng 4 last 30yrs. sl stl get 650000 kind f tourists per annum so potential 2 achive 2m is vry realistic so its a share n industry tht gona boom in nxt 5yrs. bt surely nt 4 overnight profits.

TKYO came a long journey frm 20s to 60s n x came frm 15 to 40z last yr n had trading on it. whn we compare d results eps has gone dwn frm 5.5 odd to 3.7 smthng bt its due to reduction in othr income made it tht. other income comprisisng profits n dividends frm other invesments party contributed by depreciation as well wich doubled in this yr n thn it made navps loweing frm 21 to 19.
bt TKYo has increase the profits frm usual business in good way so whn u go 4 detail analysis its nt tht bad n actually its goodother thing is beta value being .7 its less fluctated in last 3months whn mkt went dwn thn come bk it held it position tht most othr shres. mgt happen same in whn gng up bt its worth f buying whn we consider the other macro facts prevaling. it cn hv 25% 40% increase wth fundametals backing ths yr.
