Update.I have received payments upto April 2023.Hope CEB will pay rest of those.

I invested in a 5kw net accounting system and exporting since February. For 3 months I didn't get any payment.CEB has to pay me around 60k lkr lol. I don't know I will receive those payments. seems like it's time to go to the Area engineer's office.

It took around 1 month to grant permission for the system. Usually, this period of time depends on your CEB area engineer office machan.
If you have some contacts within the office, you can save your time.
