First there is time limit for a fundamental rights case . Depending on lawyer the fees may vary. It is normally expensive but there are good lawyers who might do it for less if you do not have money and your case is a strong one. I do not know presently how much it is.
Other option is to complain to the Human Rights Commission. There is no fees and they investigate and recommend to the relevant government body.
You cannot file a fundamental rights case against private company.(if the govt holds more than 50 percent still you may, but not otherwise)

Supreme court යනව නං කොහොමත් ලොකු මුදලක් වියදම් කරන්නම වෙනවා.. කේස් එක අනුව දිනන්න පුලුවන් තත්ත්වෙක තියෙන කේස් එකක් නං ලොකු වන්දියක් ගන්න පුළුවන් දින්නොත් පාඩු නෑ.. හැබැයි පැරදුනොත් සැර ගානක් නඩුවට යනවා.. කේස් එක් ස්ට්‍රොන්ග් නං නයවෙලා කරත් අවුලක් නෑ..
