මන් දන්න විදිහට නම් මේ steps තමයි virtusa එක follow කරන්නෙ
1. Technical Test (written)
2. Technical Test (verbal)
3. HR (verbal)

දන්න විදිහට මට test(exam) එකට ඉස්සෙල්ල face කරන්න වෙනවා.

From a different perspective .

Virtusa can be really the best company or the worst company based on your skill and experience and bit of luck .

i have seen Engineers take from somewhere around 100k to 32k also i have seen people promote within 6 months while some take 2 years at Associate level . Also if you lucky you might dropped into really great development project which most of other companies does not offer.

There are also very quick promotion + yearly increments . you might be get lowest salary as start up but when the time goes by you might ended up getting lot more salary than your counterparts.


aside from that just for internship perspective its a good place actually
