Can be, but think about Singapore, Sri Lanka is the same, its just a small country with huge potential, Just like a property which is having a huge growing equity but no one knows how to manage it, and get the most out of it. IQ level is just one factor, check on SL labor market as well.

take some European countries. Some of them have become bankrupt before. But people have become more responsible.
I think Sri Lankan youth has the capability in getting the country to another level. but not via protesting for unnecessary things as they should learn to have a limit. plus so called university rights group (Antharey or what ever)should be disbanded. And need military to provide security control over universities.at least they should learn ,graduate then can do what ever the fuck they want.

The smartness in your response is totally ruined from this part.
You are basically extending what Gota did. Gota wanted military everywhere. Bringing in military is not a viable solution to every problem. Please understand that.

And you don't find certain medicines(not some rare expensive drugs. equipment like nasal feeding tubes) even in the private hospitals due to dollar shortage? what are you gonna do?
