Anusha said:lol @ 2 phase power design. do you know some heavy duty overclocking boards have 8 phase power supplies? out of all these, only the X-Fi card is worth it. others are normal specs. but don't forget Asus also has their sound cards and they ship them with their flasgship mobos.
Anusha said:Like I already said, those are nothing worth mentioning even, except the X-Fi card support, but only a couple of boards give an X-Fi.

I didn't specifically say which brand is good. Of course I don't care if Mercury tomorrow brings out a cheap, stable, feature-rich, overclocking and good quality mobo; i would not ignore it because it is a Mercury. if that mercury can give me a more benefits than what my current mobo gives me, i would sell mine off and buy that. it is all about a specific model, not the brand as a whole. all brands have at least few crappy models. but i am yet to see an extreme overclocker recommend an MSI board for an overclocked rig.Sasika@Elakiri said:did i say they don't have?, may b , yeah asus is also gud
all manufacturers have got good n bad products n every product has got gud n bad sides.
msi fans stick with msi asus fans with asus. the other kind like me stick with any if it's worth for da money i spend.
i'm referring to the feature set, not the mobo. get it right!mizt said:then wot mobo is worth mentioning?????![]()
i haven't looked at a new mobo for a while, and probably not look at one till the Nehalems arrive, because the one i have is good enough for me for the moment. what i use is an Asus P5B-E.mizt said:wots ur current favorite mobo then? wot do u use?
