මාත් දැම්මා Windows 10 pro Original එක, ඒත් මගේ ලැප් එක (Dell 3542 i5) සමහර වෙලාවට off වෙන්නෙ නෑනේ, Screen එක ඔෆ් වෙලා ෆැන් එක වැඩ කරනවා. එ වගේම ඔන් කරද්දී පාස්වර්ඩ් ගහන තැනට එද්දී එතන ලොක් ස්ක්‍රීන් එක උඩ පහල යනවා එක දිගට, BIOS පවා සයිට් එකෙන් අලුත්ම ඒවට Update කලා , මේකට විසදුමක් නැද්ද ?

ඒකනේ, Off වෙන්නේ නැති අව්ලනම් හරි වගේ, ගොඩක් අයට තියන අව්ලක්ලු ඒක, Microsoft Forum එකේ Dell forum eke එකේ තිබ්බ මෙන්න මේ පහලින් දාපු එක, ඒත් අර ලැප් එක ඔන් වෙද්දී එන Log Screen එක ගාවදි Screen wall paper එක උඩ පහල යන එක තාම එහෙමයි, සමහර වෙලාවට Password එකවත් Pin එකවත් Type වෙන්නෙ නෑ අපහු Shutdown කරලම ගන්න වෙනවා...

same laptop, with serious power problem..

after the windows 10 upgrade, then all the drivers from Dell for win 10

machine not shutting down all the way, not able to get out of sleep mode, etc, etc..

then i removed the following, which came with the win 10 drivers from dell

this was the problem

remove the Intel Rapid Storage stuff..

there are (i think) 3 things to uninstall

can do from control panel (all from the Intel update drivers stuff)

intel rapid storage

intel management (something like that)

intel security assist

that solve all my power problems.. win 10 still got some bugs, but removing those got rid of the serious stuff.

also some times when laptop wont start from a simple push of the power button. press and hold the power button down for a ten count.. clears something or other up, then usually a simple press will start the machine

මට නම් ඔය lock screen එකේ case එකක් නම් අවේ නෑ.. අරක නම් ආවා..
මට නම් 7 එක හොදයි බන් තාම.. 10 තරම් speed නම් නෑ.. එත් battery ය හිටිනවා සුපිරියට..
