Nice initiative from WSO2 management.

All USD revenue companies should at least add an inflation bonus on top of the normal salary. I think this way it is much more practical than having a fixed USD salary.

I'm not saying it will happen, but what if LKR appreciates against the USD?

My friend who works at Sysco LABS told me that their company increased their salaries due to the inflation last month (December).
