When installing the XP first Microsoft Load all the needed files to RAM
This is that phase where ur PC stuck. SO that we can leave HDD out of our Drama

When This message appear and you press enter Microsoft tries to access the Installation Media which was in your CD rom now

Step1
Check out your media with any other machine. just go for a installation and check if the CD works.

IF this fails that means the Media is crashed and XP cannot find the FIles to Load On the RAM

IF this OK then it's a Problem with your CD player.
OK here is what you want to do
Insert a Autorun cd which can boot PC.
(Gigabyte MB cd is that kind of one)
Insert it and see if it works . and if it not works we can look at your BIOS Program

BIOS
Some BIOS programs get your RAM frequency as AUTO but they never don't know what it is originally.

SO try to find this setting on the BIOS and set it with ur RAM's orginal value
(New RAMs - 533 , 667 , 800 ,1333)


And post if some problem occurs again in here we will work through it

very simple.... ekarala Ntfs Partitions godak tiyenewanag Adu karapang... naththan Fat32 walin format karanda. DONE!!!!

asachan just said thers nothing to do with Hard drive problem when loading the instalation files to RAM

thers another way you can avoid instaling xp from CD,
boot up the PC from command prompt (use floppy or cd n boot ur pc to win32 command prompt)
copy i386 folder to c: and change directory to c:\i386
type winnt32/source:c:\i386 (not sure abt exact command type help in case any doubt) no need cd to install if u execute copy source command
read more winnt32 command by typing help
