I think the Army of 170,000 soldiers can be used to develop paddy fields and farms as a service to the country.. Women soldiers can bring Ambula.
And the good karma will help them. I think other countries also would follow it. Now they appreciate the way we handle war. Why not the economic war.

The army personnel must be trained further in tactics and technology.. Navy and Airforce assests must be upgraded.. NAVY AND SLAF MUST get atleast a 400% growth in personnel and new state of the art hardware...
weapon research groups must be arranged.. army engineering corps must be further trained!!!
