HP වලට පලු යන්න බනින අයටත් එක්කම!!

Toshiba / Dell වලටත්, ඔය කියන මාස 14 warranty එක එනවා..... ඒත් ඒක Customer ට දෙන්නේ නෑ.... නමුත්, කතා කරලා ගන්න පුලුවන්.... මම එහෙම ඕනා තරම් අරන් දීලා තියෙනවා Toshiba ගත්ත අයට......


හරි, පුලුවන් නම්, ලංකාවේ ඉන්න ඕනෑම HP warranty දෙන කෙනෙක්ගෙන්, එක death pix එකකට, LCD එක මාරු කරලා ඉල්ලලා බලන්න....... ඔයාට ලැබෙන්නේ නෑ..... HP වල death pix 5k හෝ ඊට වැඩි නම් විතරයි warranty දෙන්නේ..... But, TOSHIBA වල, තනි පික්සෙල් එකටත් LCD එක මාරු කරලා දෙනවා.....

1) කවුද මචෝ ලංකාවේ TOSHIBA ලැප් කරන්නේ!!
2) මගේ යාලුවෙක්ගේ India වලින් ගත්තු ලැපක් තිබුණා.. එකට Warranty ගන්නේ කොහෙන්ද?? DVD එකේ අවුලක්! කොහෙටද ගිනියන්න ඕනේ!!
3) දැන් කොහෙන්ද ඔය 14 Month වගකීම ගන්නේ?? ගන්න කලින් තියෙනවාද බලාගන්නේ කාගෙන්ද?? හැමොටම ඔයාව හොයාගෙන එන්න බෑනේ
4) අනෙක Online Check කරලා Invoice එකක්වත් නැතුව Customer ටම වගකීම ගන්න පුලුවන් වීම ඩෙඩ් පික්සල් එකකට සමාන කරන්න බෑ!!!

මං ඇත්තටම එහෙම මාරු නොකරයිද දන්නේ නෑ.. මොකද මට එහෙම ඩෙඩ් පික්සල් Lap එකක් හම්බවෙලා නෑ ඒ උනාට මං දන්නවා 1 to 5 ඩෙඩ් පික්සල් කියන්නේ ගනන් ගත යුතු දෙයක් නොවෙයි!! TOP BRANDS වල ඔනේතරම් ඩෙඩ් පික්සල් තියෙනවා.
HP Warranty එකේ පාට්ස් රෙපෙයාර් කිරිල්ලක් නෑ එයාලට Sigapore වලින් එවනවා Replacement එක (පරණ එක යවන්න ඕනේ). ඇඩැප්ටර් එක පවා lap serial එකට!! ඒ නිසා බෑ කියන්න හේතුවක් නෑ මොකද අතින් යන්නෙ නෑනේ.. - ඇත්තටම මං ඒ ගැන දන්නේ නැති එකට සමා වෙන්න.

HP Warranty වල විතරක් නෙවේ, Toshiba / Dell වලත් එහෙම තමා..... හැබැයි, කවදාවත් හිතන්න එපා, අලුත්ම අලුත් පාට් එකක් එවනවා කියලා..... HP / Toshiba / Dell ඔය කවුරුත් එවන්නේ, refurbish පාට් තමා ආයේ...... අපි යවන සවුත්තු පාට් එකත්, උන්ගේ පාට් ඩීලර්ට යවලා, එක්කෝ ආයෙත් අපිටම හෝ, වෙනත් රටක පාට් ඕඩර් එකකට යවනවා......!!


1 to 5 death pix ගනන් ගන්නේ නැති කස්ටමර් කෙනෙක් නම් මම මේ දැක්කාමයි......!! මම හිතන්නේ sure එකටම ඔයාගේ HP Lap එකේ death pix එකක් ඈති..... ඒක ඉතින් warranty ලැබෙන්නේ නැති දුකටද මන්දා මෙහෙම කියන්නේ......!!

1. ලංකාවෙ ටොශිබා කරන්නේ අබාන්ස් ඔෆිස් ඔටෝමේශන් සහ ජෝන් කීල්ස් ඔෆිස් ඔටෝමේශන්....!!

Do not buy HP.. saying this becoz I had one and it over heated. the graphic chip is not fused but fucked so i cannot plug the laptops screen it wont show a proper picture. only when i connect a monitor it shows.but still cannot play games. HP stopped support thing their Core2Due. reacently they resnged from PC bussiness. Thier service sucks. Just like you i thought they r the best. But the truth is ASUS laps are the best, cz ASUS laptops gives 2yrs international warranty and 1 yr local from EPSI. I never bought a laptop again.

and now the one year warranty period had expired...
Its a HP pavillion DV6-3100 lap bought for about 122,500 rs..
Now the wireless connection does not work coz it says adaptor failure...
Battery has gone and it says consider replacing ur battery..
Theres also an error message coming after i played a game like Crysis 3... it says Display driver had recovered from a serious error or smething...
and they have mentioned this has Altec lansing speakers... but the fact is speakers start to vibrate if I increase the volume more than 70%
I ve been using this lap on a cooling pad from the day i bought this... still it gets heat up so much...
Its a i5, 6GB rom, 1gb ati radeon graphics card, windows home premium lap...
Still it SUCKS big time...
any one can give any idea where to make this errors ok with minimal cost???

matanam hodama Sony tamai. mata tibune Asus ekakui BenQ ekakui, benq eka 5 years old but hadn't any big problem (several keys didnt work,had a small fan problem,cd rom didnt work), asus eka 1.5 years old but had some problems with screen sometimes and fan problem (also sometimes). A damn thief broke into my apartment and stole both, Then I bough the best computer in my eyes, SONY.

Not sure about good place to replace your chip anyway I meant it's just a chip user replaceable so can try yourself,do remove & install again so may work...u better read service manual before that!
