SLR camera help....

I'm going to buy my first SLR camera Canon 550D....I'm going to buy it from eBay...I have a small problem...there are 2 550d camera....what is the difference with these two lenses??? Same camera....almost same price....the difference is on the lens only.....

If that's only difference go for 2nd one. But if you have plan of buying 55-200/300 later get one with KIT.
