ඒක නම් ඇත්ත මචන්. assignments වලින් හොර කරලා, අනාගතයක් ගැන හිතන්නේ නැතුව ගිරවා දාලා පාඩම් කරලා අන්තිමට යංතන් degree එක ගොඩදැම්මාට වැඩක් නෑ මොකද ඌට වැඩ බැරි හින්දා.
මුලදී හොර කරන එක, චාටර් project එකක් කරලා ඔහේ pass එක දාන එක හොඳයි කියලා හිතුවාට ජොබ් එකකදී ඒක හොඳටම බලපානවා

anyway about sliit ....it all depends on people , its nt da best place but having said dat its a gd enough place

some of course is following sliit just for da sake of getting a deg , so they must hv tarnished da name dat cant b stopped

වැඩකරුවට කොහේ ගියත් හොඳයි බන්. අපේ නම් SLIIT,NIBM,UCSC කියල සැලරි එකේ ලොකු වෙනසක් නෑ. Mora IT එවුන්ට නම් 60 න් පටන් ගන්නෙ. නැත්නම් 30න්. හැබැයි වැඩ කරන විදිය අනුව මාස 3න් වගේ සැලරි වැඩි කරනවා

For undergrade trainees in everywhere for every institute it is around 7k-8k.
but in the first job the salary has some discrimination between institutes. basically MORA CSE, UCSC and PER CSE people are getting more.
But after about 1 year depending on the performance salary will be revised and all will get salary based on the performance.
