Skrill කට්ටිය මාව Merchant කෙනෙක් විදියට සළකලා දැන් money receive කරන්න 3.9% fee එකක් charge කරනවා.

ඒ උනාට මට තියෙන්නේ Personal account එකක්.

තව කාට හරි මේ සීන් එක උනාද?

Payoneer Master Card වලට online money withdraw කරන අය ඉන්නවද? මට කියනවද card එකෙන් ATM withdrawal එකක් කරද්දී හෝ purchase transaction එකක් කරද්දී, fixed fee එකට අමතරව foreign exchange වලට කොච්චර percentage එකක් කැපෙනවද කියලා.

And here's my 2nd and final complaint. I'm pretty pissed off right now!

Dear Skrill Team,

I have made a withdrawal from oDesk a few days back and I have been charged nearly a 4% fee ($14.92) to receive money to my Skrill account. I insist that my account is still a PERSONAL account and I have contacted you earlier regarding this issue.

You have notified me that I have been detected as a MERCHANT because of my transactions as a freelancer. But I can see that the first notice regarding this was sent to me by the email address <[email protected]>.

So it obvious that you have thought of me as an ebay seller because I had linked my account to ebay. But I haven't made any transaction from ebay, ever. And this is also proved by the fact that YOU HAVEN'T identified all the freelancers as MERCHANTS. I know for a fact that there are some oDesk workers who also use Skrill, still enjoying 0% fees to receive money, on the other hand some, including me, are charged almost a 4% fee which is absolutely unacceptable.

If you want to apply a regulation then that should be evenly applied to all the relevant parties without any random selection procedures. But what you're doing now is applying your new terms of services to randomly selected members which is really unprofessional.

So I want a full refund of the $14.92 that I was charged due to your unreasonable way of applying fees to different members in the same category. And I kindly ask you to acknowledge that you will not charge me a 4% fee until you're sorting out your system so that the everyone is treated equally or you're cancelling this unfair fee. (And I highly doubt that the majority of your customers will be happy to do business with you in the future if you're going to charge all of them this unreasonable 4% fee).

I'm expecting a detailed answer from you and a clear explanation to why you're charging me a 4% fee while some of the members who also are freelancers, are not charged a cent. I think it doesn't take a genius to understand this unprofessional way of treating your customers separately.

I hope you do understand that it's not ethical neither professional to segregate your customers based on a random procedure. So I have high expectations that you will rectify this issue as soon as possible. All I'm asking you is to refund my money and a clear explanation of your policy, because I don't intend to do business with you anymore if you're enforcing this unfair fee on your customers.

Whats your source of deposit.. Sometimes Skrill identifies some credit deposit companies as merchants, like poker gamer and etoro.. Have you invest one of these kind sites and then deposit back to Skrill regularly

Simply NO. Just used Skrill to transfer money from oDesk to my local bank account. They replied me acknowledging that I have been identified as a merchant because I do freelancing work. They have even updated their TOS, and it's fine. But now the problem is, it seems that not all the freelancers are charged this 4% fee. I'm declaring war on this!
