Payoneer, Paypal, Skrill, Neteller ATM/Bank withdrawal rates

පුතා, USD buying rate is almost similar in all the banks but it is not the same amount or a nearly similar amount which is effective in the withdrawals done via the payoneer card. I have no idea how this rate is decided, but for sure it is not the buying rate indicated in the website. මමත් කලින් හිතුවේ ඔහොම තමයි. ඒත් ඇත්තටම එන්නේ ඊට වඩා අඩු ගානක්

පුතා, nope, what I mentioned is that, it is not even nearly similar. Even the people in the bank can not guaranty how much will I be able to withdraw using Payoneer card. I don't know why even they are not aware
