I think I remember that id.. though could very well have got it mixed up with someone else. Still what's the vote about? are they running for mayor?
Highly recommend Interstellar. It's up there with Contact.

dunno much about which to select, so got Divisadero - Michael Ondaatje & Gioconda - Lucille Turner

not sure whether i can finish them though. one thing prevents me from reading books in leisure is that i read and write stuff all the time at work. its a shame that i got spoiled in the net, where my father with all ill health still reads a lot in english and couple of other languages. but whenever i see someone who is in to books like you, it gives a great pleasure.

Maybe you should try some Clive Cussler, Tom Clancy, Robett Ludlum or Eric Van Lustbader..

I've never even heard those names..let me google. :P

I've been reading Nostromo Joseph conrads from this noon and I fell asleep twice  (you don't need to go into lengthy descriptions of very complex grammatical nature at every turn Mr. Conrad) ..somehow chewed thru first 100 pages and now it's beginning to provide some grip.

dude you are lucky your father reads, mine does too have collected books all sinhala though :P

what do you do for a living btw?
