my ideas and options are as below

1. one my friend is doing kotthu shop in a avg scale, he says he will pay me monthly 30 to 40 thosuand for my 10 lacks and asking me to join as a partner

2. to buy new alto car and rent out for 45 thousand per month. i will settle 10 lacks down payment and monthly installement will come like 20 thousand per month. so 20 to 25 thosuand i can get monthly profit and end of 5 years i own the car

3. Get a property for lease for 10 lcaks, and then rent it out monthly for 20 thousand. so end of 5 years i will have 12 lacks and when i give out the property they will give my 10 lacks lease money too

what do u think is good to make a monthly in come out of this 10 lacks?

Don't go for car renting you'll get into shit you never imagined.You'll get the chance to visit every court outthere.

If you're going for a partneship make sure your name gets included in the buisness reg form.Don't ever become a partner for freinds sake.
