මචංල මම කාඩ් එකට සල්ලි ටිකක් දාගන්න හදද්දි මෙහෙම මැසේජ් එකක් ආව. මම කවදාවත් දාල නෑ කාඩ් එකට සල්ලි පේපැල් එකෙන්. මචං මේකේ කියනව දවස් 5 - 7 ක් යන්න පුලුවන්ලු මෙච්චර දවස් යනවද මචං? මම හිතුවේ දාල පැය කීපයක් ඇතුලත එනව කියල.

This what what SOLVED the issue just in couple minutes: I have called customer support, representative just said he has to make "some changes" to my account and asked to retry withdrawing money while we're on the phone, and whola - IT WORKED.

I understand it might be frustrating calling and talking to representative, especially for those who doesn't use verbal english a lot, but representative most likely will be some Indian guy who doesn't speek english a lot better than yourself, so I can nearly guarantee you will not have any problems understanding each other
