I am talking about Sri Lankan universities, folks from Cambridge probably earn that money just washing plates down there

I should not divulge such information in a public forum.
If you are interested just find out the name of best paying Software Company in Sri Lanka. and contact HR there. Probably it should be over 1.20

So they need to pay above market rates to capture and retain top talent.
