as i heard they were experiencing losses in this route.
and they don't have any smaller aircrafts for routes with less passengers, only wide-body ones like 777.

the end result is less competition and price hikes by srilankan and singpaore air.

First it was cathay now emirates.. I'm more worried about cathay stopping their SG-CMB route. I enjoyed their service. Emirates only operate widebodies. So they dont have a plane to replace.Surprised to hear SQ still operating this route..

Man, if they also discontinue it, tickets will be hell expensive... not only to SG but also to Aus... hope they'll continue...
