but this is for european life (having beer every day and standard european food and travel, buying dress every month, having cinama every week), my actual living cost 50% of this coz i cook myself and travel by university shuttle bus/train with student discount, no beer/cigarette etc)
people in this country helping students and their families. there are various programs you can see. you buy secondhand stuff for very cheap price or free.

I mean there is no difference in charges, effort, documentation if you apply for 1 year or 2 year program

agents make you confused in last moment to make some advantages like air tickets, visa fee payments where they can make some margin.
agents are happy to help on accommodation, as they already have houses and sell you in higher price.
most of the universities arrange air port pickups in Sweden. they are very helpful than a agent who never visit these cities.
