My friend also got his job in may. He said his base salary was 120k and getting around 150k with the pegged allowance.

Think it's the same for both then, maybe he said base + allowances. I thought it's base since ASEs get around 140s

Yes. After the salaries were pegged, even juniors got increments like that. Work culture will also be good based on the project you get. Most days you can finish your work within 8hrs. Work life balance is good compared to software companies. Tech stack is mostly based on Java except for few projects.

මාත් මේ කියන්නේ කියන්න ගියේ මදි කියලා.. උඹ මට කලින් කියලා සිරි... දැන් SE අයත් ඉන්නවා පෙග් කරපු කම්පැණි වල ඔය ගාන ගන්න.. මම නම් කියන්නේ කම්පැණි එක මාරු කරනවනම් කවුරු හරි පෙග් කරපු තැනකටම යන්න කියලා.. අපරාදේ තමන්ගේ කාලය නැත්තනම්
