HNB very good. Only downside is they do not allow transfering USD from one PFCA to another. In some banks like BOC, we can transfer money in USD to another USD accounts

You can do that by visiting the branch. They will transfer it or you can get a Demand Draft (DD) in USD and deposit it to any USD account. $5 is the charge per transfer.

If you really need to transfer USD between accounts, you can take a USD draft from the bank, and then it can be deposited to another account, even in another bank.

I did this from Sampath. they gave me a draft, with a fee of 5 usd and I deposited to the PFC USD account in commercial bank.

Thanks Brothers for the info. Recently I tried to transfer some USD to someone else's PFCA through online transfer, but got an error. When I called HNB hotline, they said they only allow transfers within PFCA accounts belongs to myself and only within HNB. But it's good to know that we have a option called 'demand draft'. Thanks again.

පලවෙනි Transaction එක Foreign Remittance එකක් වෙන්න විය යුතුයි.
ඔයාට Foreign Income එකක් තියනවා කියලා Proof එකක් ‌දෙන්න වෙනවා Bank එකට. (Employement Contract / Adsense Income Invoice ‌වගේ ඒවා)
