I think there will be a system to show the name of the one who give the rep in future.
But there are some problems to do it.
Any way I think we should not decide the name of the person one who gave the rep.Thats why he gave u the -rep.B'coz of his misunderstand.

There won't be a system like that Vbulletin has made it in this way to minimize the fights within the community coz when the nuisance know the person who deducted his reputation he will keep on deducting the good guy's reputation creating soo many fake IDs
