if anyone has committed war crimes they should face the music. SF clearly said no that to his knowledge under his command he takes complete responsibility... so there is no issue then. no one needs to worry but if someone has "meddled and interfered" in chain of command and allegedly "committed war crimes" then they should face the music. We as a race should not be branded war criminals for one or two persons actions.
