IMHO, rep is nice as long as someone doesn't take it too seriously.

MY ADVICE:

* Forget Rep and tell what you have to tell
* Dont suck-up others for reps
* Dot give reps to others and think they should give you reps too

REP IS LIKE MONEY IN YOUR WALLET

- Dont waste it by giving it out, just like you dont waste money
- Dont ask from others, just like you will not ask for money from your friends
