දැන් ආන්ඩු පෙරලලා මහන්සිත් ඇතිනේ. එහෙනම් පොඩ්ඩක් ඔලුව වෙහෙසමු.

මගේ ලැප්ටොප් 2ක් තියෙනවා. දෙකම 120GB SSD වලට upgrade කරනවා. දැන් ඩේට සේව් කරන්න ලැප්ටොප් වල ඉඩ නෑ. ඇත්තටම ලැප්ටොප් වල සේව් කරන එක නවත්වන්නයි ඕන.

ඉතින් මම හිතුවා External හාර්ඩ් ඩ්‍රයිව් එකක් අරන් ඩේටා ඒකෙ සේව් කරන්න. සෙටප් එක වෙන්න ඕන පහල විදියට. ලැප්ටොප් දෙකෙන්ම එක පාර සේව් කරන්න පුලුවන් වෙන්න ඕන.

120GB is way too small.. SSD prices are dropping and can't you go for a higher capacity?
The only issue with your proposed solution is that you have all your data on the 2TB drive. If that fails you will be in for a big problem.
To do what you propose, you just buy a small 5 port network switch and connect all three devices.

i get your point not having higher capacity. but if im to go for it i would need at least 480GB SSD per device. thats not cheap.



I might setup RAID in the future. for now i can backup the data on external drive to my office PC which has plenty of space.
