I honestly don't see a problem with the 3 wheeler. The bike did a wrong thing by overtaking a turning 3 wheel. And the car seems to be well over the speed limit. Perhaps no ABS.

Seems like dash cam vehicle is going too fast to react to an unexpected stop and also trying to overtake while other lane is not fully visible at least in cam. Lack of driving skills. Going fast is easy all you have to do is press the accelerator., stopping is the difficult part.
