You don't need to blame the one who pointed out the law and etiquette is being violated. This is why we are still a developing country; don't try to be a hero by defending who are at guilt. Innocence does not give you permission to violate the law. Honestly when it was "chinthana era" police took action to remove those people out the pavement and clear the way.

You violate a rule, your licence is cancelled and you are off the street. On top of that, very limited amount of licences are issued. Their rules clearly says no loitering and annoyance to pedestrians is not tolerated, unlike SL.
