Seems like only samsung has dram out of the brands sell in sri lanka. Couldn't locate any other. But it's bit expensive than the rest and both have same warranty period. Is it worth paying extra 5k for this

Totally. 1000% worth it.
In fact you should only consider DRAM SSDs as SSD drives. just forget DRam less drives.
