මචන්ලා මම වහනයක් ගන්න ඉන්නේ එක කලින් ෆිනෑන්ස් එකෙන් උස්සල බෙර ගත්තු එකක්.මට දන ගන්න ඕනේ මේක ඔක්කොම ගෙවල ඉවර වෙලාද.නැත නම් තව තියනවා මොනාද සින් තියෙන්නේ.. මම ඇඩ්වාන්ස් එකකුත් ගෙවල තියෙන්නේ.පස්සේ කල්පනා උනේ හදිස්සි උනා වැඩි වගේ.මට සඳුදා විතරයි කල් තියෙන්නේ.කොහොමද මේවා ගැන දන ගන්නේ උදව් කරන්න මචන්ලා

If the lease is fully setelled their shoud be a letter issued from the leasing company to the comissoner of moer traffic saying that they have no objection of transfering the vehicle and they have no further intrest in vehicle. If the current owner is not having the said letter then i think the lease is not setteled. Even if this the case you can ask the current owner to settle the lease and gove it to you
