Best option is to buy it online from ebay or Amazon. I don't really understand sinhala (even though I am Sri Lankan) but if you are having problems with pixels try these.

    1. Using a cloth, "massage" the screen over the affected area (apply as high a pressure as you feel is safe) until pixels come "alive".

    2. If dealing with "stuck" pixels (showing only red, green, or blue) repeat the process or load this video in fullscreen - www.youtube.com/watch?v=JaDUzx_h47o‎

    3. Use JScreenFix

If none of these steps work you might have to replace your screen (have hope my friend).

What we've been discussing is that ebay items cannot be guaranteed to be of the required quality. Amazon is no difference. It depends on how much the buyer knows about sellers and their tricks, and the ability to distinguish a genuine item from a defective/fake one. So in that light, ebay is not for everyone. This guy has already bought one from ebay and found it to have dead pixels, for which problem you have given a solution.
What nuwanbuwa above suggests is that a display be bought directly from Dell itself.

no mate, your answer is one of the most useful ones here, and ebay is the solution many members have suggested here. :)

I don't feel so useless anymore. But the sad thing is all my advice comes from experience and research that sadly didn't work for my display. I hate "hot" pixels.

through my experience, the best thing in this situation is to sell the laptop for parts and buy a new one if the value is below 75k. because, a display would cost a lot- a good one, and a repaired machine is not as good as a new one. and also, it's prone to more breakdowns.
but supposing a laptop hard drive is expensive, and the optical device has a good demand, and the ram, and even the keyboard, and the motherboard, all these can be sold. so add the cost of a new display, and that's the price of a new laptop :)
