Yeah, I don't see how this is a problem because they won't cut off access for models that already have permission to use US-based services (like GAPPS). The device will have access to US-based services throughout its lifetime, any models released after the ban will be the ones losing access

Yep none and they still get app updates and have complete access to the play store (source: family member owns a Y9 Prime)

Yep the seller has millions of sales but I bought it when it was on offer, now it's on sale for $180ish for the variant I bought (8GB 256GB)
