සිරිමාවෝ තමයි යකෝ 1970 -1977 සමගි පෙරමුණ රජය යටතේ කර්මාන්ත හා නිෂ්පාදන ආර්ථිකයක් ඇති කලේ. 1977 න් පස්සේ JR ඇවිත් විවුර්ත ආර්ථිකය ගෙනත් දේශීය කර්මාන්තවලට කෙලල ඇරියේ.

මම දැකපු මෝඩම තර්කය මේක තමයි. සිරිමාවො නිෂ්පාදන ආර්ථිකයක් ඇති කලාලු, JR එකට කෙලල ඇරියලු.
සිරිමාවො නිෂ්පාදන ආර්ථිකයක් ඇතිකරන්න උත්සහ කරපු බව ඇත්ත. නමුත් සංවෘත ආර්ථිකයක් ඇතිකලාම වෙන දේ භාණ්ඩ වල තත්වය පහල බහිනවා වගේම මිල ඉහල නගිනවා. වෙන්නෙ කැමති වුනත් අකමැති වුනත් පාරිභෝගිකයාට අඩු තත්වයෙන් යුත් භාණ්ඩ වැඩිමිලට මිලදී ගැනීමට සිදුවීම.
