Thank GOD...
Finally another one... Machan I had the same issue (few times) and I have a mail trail also (with SLT buggers)
When we complain what these buggers do is, they jussst send a report (if you remember the old usage meter with loging details and mac addresses, that report... )and we don't have access to that report now
Since this happened two times I kept a record and used very carefully...
Then this happened for the third time and I was certain that my router was switched off/unplugged during that time period.
But what this sons of **** sent me had login details during that time period and it was crystal clear that report was bullshit. I didn't want to drag this further, I just cursed their families and let it go as most of SLT customers do.
