If yes.. Ask SLT to fix the lastmile connection

They renew DP to home cable and clean under ground cable pit.
Also they were monitor to DP how is my SNR That was 21 db. According they said. When test on main fuse box on out side snr down.

Are you cable to guess? Now what? That's how SLT given service. They have no answer.

what the heck, IF SNR @ DP = 21db & it drops at your house, fault is with the dp to home cable. ask them to inspect it & fix or rewire.

How many times I did? Even talk to Regional Manager. Then again they put this case to maintains team and they say sorry we can't find out where this problem has. After that, some one said it's too long from exchange. Then I asked so how did you give in 2010 this adsl connection to me, if it's in long distance? And said now line conditions can be bad it's too old know. And then said change in to 4G connection . Then how can I get peo tv after that?
These fuckers are don't no how to give service to there old customers.
