When considering the procurement of LG air conditioning units from Abans, it is imperative to exercise caution. My experience indicates a persistent issue with internal water leakage across multiple units, specifically 12,000 BTU, 18,000 BTU, and 24,000 BTU models at home. This technical deficiency significantly compromises operational efficiency and indoor environmental quality (mould on painted walls, etc)
Furthermore, the after-sales support provided by Abans is critically deficient. Despite holding a service agreement, we have encountered severe delays in resolving technical malfunctions. For instance, two units have remained inoperative since June 1st (today is 13 June), with no service attendance, even under contract. The call center operations are useless, failing to facilitate the timely resolution of reported issues.
The office I work was previously equipped with over 20 LG units, and recently opted for a different brand due to similar persistent issues. This broader pattern suggests a systemic problem with product reliability and service efficacy.
Based on these observations, it is advisable to explore alternative brands and suppliers to ensure robust product performance and dependable post-purchase support. Please be aware (I do not wish to advertise, soI left out the brand out office replaced LG with)
