Strangely, AMD is apparently delaying the launch of the Ryzen 5-series and Ryzen 3-series until later this year. According to Pcper.com, this could be as late as the second quarter for the former and even the second half of 2017 for the latter, which means we could have to wait till summer or later for the super-budget CPUs in the Ryzen 3 range. This makes sense, seeing as the Ryzen 7 range will likely generate more profit per CPU, plus will help to establish AMD as a new force to be reckoned with in the high-end.
