    Seems like most of people have OCD condition.No one knows the root cause for this or why this is happening. Sadguru says that this happen because of information overload.It's not a medical condition but nature of the brain.Once you identify with too much information your brain cannot stop because it's doing it's job.The job of the brain is to protect yourself.Once you overloaded with information your brain is trying to analyze every single data to see how it can or can be used to protect yourself.So once you attend to do a task given the too much data brain can't decide on which method to hold on because it's too busy analyzing data and finding the correct method.When the brain goes on to stress mode body automatically follows it giving out anxiety.

    We're trapped in this self preservation mechanism.If you want to get rid of it you must not identify and dissolve in so much information.First steps should be to stop using FB and spending so much time on internet or avoid internet at all cost for a month or two till you become normal.Once you practice this then no matter how much information you'll be not affected.

    My problem really comes from my fear of not doing something perfect bro.Ive learned this fact after all.That if i even see a very little flaw in what I do I tend to magnify that little flaw and make it into a big issue.Which ultimately makes me want to stop doing that activity all together when my body's stress response comes into play:rolleyes::dull:.Then its the same with the next thing.So I keep changing the things that I do because of the fear of failure and stress which ultimately makes me a big failure.This is such a vicious cycle......:(:(

    So isn't this self preservation.It's not a medical condition.You're comparing yourself with all others,too much information about others.There is nothing call perfect.Those perfect people suffer more than you think bro.Take elon musk for a example look at his disastrous failures and personal life.All you have to do is get out of your house without comparing yourself to others or try to be like others.
