Are DELL laptops reliable?

looking forward to buy dell Dell Inspiron 15R (N5110) from Metropolitan

i am also gonna buy same laptop machan.
now in srilanka 2 authorised dealers for DELL.
1)softlogic
2)DSI group.

nowadays softlogic has no 15R laptops with i5 processor and today i called DSI.they told that they have.
Metropolitoan gives softlogic warranty,doen't it?
i decided to buy the laptop from swasti group kollupitiya which is reseller of DSI.
what do you think?

what is their price?for i3 one
well Metropolitan don't have a bad reputation about customer service
and I'm not excepting to buy a laptop that goes faulty within the first year.

DELL IS BETTER THAN HP..IVE BEEN USING A LATITUDE FOR 10YEARS AND STILL NO REPAIRS AND BATTERY STAYS FOR 1 HOUR..EVEN ITS EASY TO DISENSEMBLE AND REALY GOOD FOR HARD USE THAN HP PLASTIC SHIT
