That was a looong time ago.... Isn't it. Didn't you ever notice our average IQ was going downhill rapidly recently. This report didn't surface out of the blue.

not everyone one is on that iq level 
it's just general stats. I have seen super dumb people in some of these countries ( some asian counties listed here as a country that has high iq level than sri lanka )

එක සමික්ෂනෙක 135, තව එකක 95. තවත් එකක 40 වෙන්න පුළුවන්. තව එකක 180 වගේ වෙන්නත් බැරි නැහැ. සමික්ශනේ අනුව තමයි. කී දෙනෙක් ගත්තද, කොහෙන්ද ගත්තේ, තිබ්බේ මොන බශාවෙන්ද, ඉංග්රීසියෙන් තිබ්බා නම් උන්ගේ ඉංග්රීසි දැනීම කොහොමද, කියන ඒවා මත සැහෙන්න තීරණය වෙනවා ප්රතිපලේ. ඕක පිළිගන්න නම් අඩුම ගානේ 1000 ට වත් කරන්න දෙන්න ඕන. ඒ 1000 ලංකාවේ හැම ප්රදේශ ම හැම අද්යාපන සමාජ මට්ටම් නිරුපනය වෙන්න ඕන, ඒවාට අදාල විදියට weight කරන්න ඕන. නැත්තන් කිසිම තේරුමක් නැහැ.
