    BitLocker Encrypted External Hard Drive එකක් Format කරාට පස්සේ ආයේ ඩේටා රිකවරි කරගන්න පුලුවන්ද? (හොරෙකුට වගේ අහු උනොත්)

    BitLocker Encrypted External Hard Drive එකක් Format කරාට පස්සේ "BitLocker Encrypted" තවදුරටත් පවතිනවද ?

    BitLocker Encrypted External Hard Drive එකක් Format කරන්න පුලුවන්ද ? (පෙන් ඩ්‍රයිව් එකක් පෝමැට් කරනවා වගේ :baffled: එතකොට :baffled:

    BitLocker Encrypted External Hard Drive එකක් වෙන Computer එකක පාවිච්චි කරන්න පුලුවන්ද ?

    Yes.. the data can be recovered from a formatted drive. There is software available - but needs Bitlocker metadata intact and the password or the 48 digit recovery key

    If you want to wipe out any drive use a proper program. I use DBAN to wipe drives to DoD compliant standards. No recovery is possible.
    There are windows based free utilities as well.

    To format a Bitlocker external device first decrypt the device and then format.

    You can use an encrypted drive on another computer as long as the OS supports Bitlocker.
